The containment station is mounted with clearance on all sides. The floor is reinforced and cut out to accomodate blast displacement as designed by the manufacturer.
The control panel is in a location that will keep the operator out of the primary air flow when the compressor is running.
The compressor has access to each component for servicing.
The ACD Dump bucket will be mounted to the left of the containment station for easy access.
There is room between the containment station and compressor unit to access the belts, components located over compressor, electrical control box, and the rear gauge and control panel.
The compressor is mounted so there is good free air flow across the entire compressor. The front left, front right, and rear doors will be up when the compressor is in operation allowing air flow from three locations. Most compressors are mounted with only cross flow.
The air cylinders are mounted on a custom, permanently mounted, tubular rack with trim-lock covering all areas where the bottles come in contact with the botles. The manufacturer supplied brackets and threaded rod will secure the bottle to the frame.
A shelf will be fabricated over the bottles for storage, protection and asthetic purposes.
The bottle valves will be easily accessible from the rear of the apparatus.
The area between the bottles and compressor will allow easy access for purification filter servicing.
There will be a weather tight door loacated above the longest filter to allow esy removal and servicing. There are no obstructions.

The exhaust is a custom design that will go thru the floor and terminate out the right side of the apparatus at the right rear wheel. The exhaust pipe will be surrounded by expanded metal in the apparatus between the exhaust manifold and the floor to prevent items from touching it.
The compressor system is diesel driven and can be plumbed to the apparatus fuel tank. The engine and compressor controls are easy to operate and within clear view. Servicing the unit is easy with good front and rear access.
